We want you to feel confident paying for Video Downloader Plus. If the service isn't working as expected, we'll make it right — or give you your money back.
No questions asked for eligible purchases
What's Covered
All paid Video Downloader Plus plans — monthly, annual, and lifetime — are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If something isn't right, reach out to us first and we'll try to fix it.

- • Lifetime license
Not Eligible
- • Purchases older than 30 days
- • Accounts suspended for policy violations
- • Fraudulent or disputed charges
Conditions
To qualify for a refund, all three of these must be true:
Within the 30-day window
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Genuine issue
Video Downloader Plus is not working as described — for example, streams aren't detected, downloads consistently fail, or a premium feature is broken.
Contacted support first
You've given us a chance to fix the problem. Many issues (CORS errors, browser compatibility) can be resolved quickly.

Refund Processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Cancellations
You can cancel your Video Downloader Plus subscription at any time from your Billing settings. Here's what happens depending on your plan:
Monthly
Premium features stay active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused days.
Annual
Within 30 days of purchase you can get a full refund. After 30 days, your access continues until the annual period ends — no partial refund.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We respond to refund requests within 2-3 business days and will resolve legitimate issues directly. Filing a chargeback triggers processing fees and may result in your Video Downloader Plus account being suspended while the dispute is open.
