# Plans & Pricing — Compare Free and Professional Features

Video Downloader Plus has two tiers: a free plan that handles everyday use, and a Professional plan built for people who download seriously. Here is what each one includes.

Professional is available in three ways:

## Free plan

The free tier is a real plan, not a crippled trial. You get:

* **3 video downloads per day** at any resolution (up to 4K/8K)
* **10-video library** to save content you want to keep
* **Chromecast** support so you can play on your TV

If you stay under 3 downloads a day and do not need cloud sync or format conversion, the free plan handles it without any payment.

Only completed downloads count toward that daily total. If a download fails — a DRM-protected stream, a dropped connection — it is not counted, so a failure never uses up one of your free HD downloads.

## Professional plan

Professional removes every cap and unlocks every tool in the video downloader pro chrome extension:

* **Unlimited downloads** at any quality — 1080p, 4K, 8K, 60fps — with no daily ceiling
